Hi there! My name is Helouise (pronounced Eloise), and I’m a portrait and wedding photographer based in Marietta, Georgia. Originally from the beautiful island of Bonaire — also known as “Diver’s Paradise” — I bring a warm, heartfelt, and storytelling approach to every session.
Photography allows me to preserve genuine moments, raw emotions, and meaningful connections in a way that tells your unique story. Whether I’m capturing families, couples, seniors, or intimate weddings, my goal is always to create timeless images that feel natural, emotional, and true to you.

How it all began.
Photography didn’t start as a career for me — it started as something deeply personal.
I didn’t grow up with a camera in my hands, but I grew up wishing I had more photographs of my own story. That changed when I became a mother and realized how quickly time moves, and how powerful it is to preserve even the smallest moments.
That’s when photography became more than an interest — it became a purpose.
WHY I PHOTOGRAPH
To me, photography is not about perfect poses or curated moments.
It’s about preserving the feeling of a memory — the laughter you didn’t plan, the quiet in-between glances, the tears you didn’t expect, and the joy you never want to forget.
My work is rooted in connection, emotion, and storytelling. I want your images to feel like you — honest, natural, and timeless.
MY APPROACH
I take a calm, documentary-style approach to every session and wedding I photograph.
Instead of directing every moment, I gently guide when needed and allow space for real life to unfold naturally. This creates imagery that feels effortless, emotional, and deeply personal.
No stiff posing. No forced smiles. Just you, exactly as you are.
