Watermelon refresher

I love watermelon in fact sometimes I will just buy it during the Winter cause I can't wait till Summer. Growing up on the island of Bonaire my dad used to grow beautiful watermelon. That was one of the fruits we ate all the time. I think my mom even eats it with bread it is a habit she developed while being pregnant with me.

I blended watermelon with coconut water and a sprinkle of lemon and voila it's ready.

I garnish with blueberries and mint and slices of watermelon.
