Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving has been one of the American tradion I have been keeping since I moved to the US in 1998. I still remember our first Thanksgiving in Stamford CT, with our daughter. We had turkey leftover to feed an orphange. My favorite are the side dishes, every year I buy a magazine either Oprah's or the Food network one and I picked out the most interesting recipes out. This year I made a Orange Bourbon Cranberry Sauce, and I think I might stick with this one for next year too. What's your favorite dish?
